BBQ Beef Skewers with Savoury Tomato Onion Pasta, Courgettes and Feta

500g lean cubed beef, visible fat trimmed
3 medium courgettes, sliced into ½ cm ribbons
2 tsp olive oil
5 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tsp chopped parsley
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 x 90g packs Continental Savoury Tomato & Onion Pasta & Sauce
3¼ cups (810 ml) hot water
2 teaspoons Flora Salt Reduced spread
½ cup crumbled, reduced fat feta
Fresh thyme to garnish
Thread the beef onto skewers. Marinate the beef skewers and courgettes in the oil, thyme, parsley and black pepper for 20 minutes.
Preheat a barbecue or grill pan to moderately hot. Place the beef skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, or until browned and cooked they way you like. Remove and allow beef skewers to rest 5 minutes before serving. Place the courgettes on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes each side until browned and tender.
Meanwhile, prepare the pasta and sauce following packet instructions using the water and spread. Stir through the cooked courgettes.
Serve beef skewers with the pasta and sauce. Crumble over the feta and garnish with fresh thyme leaves and some freshly cracked black pepper.
