Garlic Butter Beef Steak

Garlic Butter Beef Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 portions lean beef steak (fillet, scotch, sirloin or rump)
  • 40g butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method

  1. Combine the butter, garlic, paprika and parsley, mix well and put aside. Brush the steak with a little olive oil, then cook in a hot pan on both sides until cooked to your desired degree. Once done, cover and rest in a warm place for about 2 minutes to retain the juices. Serve with a good dollop of garlic butter on top and your favourite vegetables.
